Support for your body, mind & heart.

Individual, family, and art therapy for children, youth, and adults in Northwestern Ontario, with virtual sessions available.

A space to slow down and reconnect

Therapy offers a chance to pause, reflect, and gently explore what’s coming up for you. Whether you’re feeling overwhelmed, navigating change, or simply wanting to understand yourself more deeply, this is a space where you can show up as you are.

Together, we’ll move at your pace, creating room for curiosity, insight, and meaningful connection with yourself.

How I can support you

Individual Therapy

A space to show up exactly as you are, without pressure or judgment. Together, we’ll explore what’s coming up for you, untangle patterns, and develop tools that support your growth, self-understanding, and overall well-being.

Family Therapy

A supportive space for families to come together, feel heard, and strengthen connection. Whether you’re navigating conflict, life changes, or grief, we’ll work toward greater understanding, communication, and shared support.

Art Therapy

A creative approach to exploring emotions and experiences, especially when words feel difficult. Through art-making, you can express yourself, gain insight, and reconnect with yourself in a way that feels natural and meaningful.

Hello! Boozhoo! Bonjour!

I’m Kelli Johnson

I am a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) and Professional Art Therapist who has been living and working in Northwestern Ontario for the past 10 years. Outside of my practice, I also work part-time at our local hospital in Social Services where I have the honour of supporting people during some of the most challenging times of their lives. Originally from Southern Ontario, I have come to deeply appreciate the communities and natural spaces here that support connection, reflection, and healing. I believe I was born to be a helper. I am passionate about building relationships and spaces that allow others to explore freely and confidently.
