Hello! Boozhoo! Bonjour!

I’m Kelli Johnson

I am a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) and Professional Art Therapist who has been living and working in Northwestern Ontario for the past 10 years. Outside of my practice, I also work part-time at our local hospital in Social Services where I have the honour of supporting people during some of the most challenging times of their lives. Originally from Southern Ontario, I have come to deeply appreciate the communities and natural spaces here that support connection, reflection, and healing. I believe I was born to be a helper. I am passionate about building relationships and spaces that allow others to explore freely and confidently.

My Approach

My approach to therapy is holistic and grounded in the belief that healing happens when we are able to reconnect with ourselves in meaningful ways.

I strive to create a safe and supportive space where people can slow down, explore their experiences, and develop a deeper understanding of their thoughts, emotions, and inner world.

I appreciate approaches that integrate the mind, body, and heart. In my work, I draw from Internal Family Systems (IFS), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), somatic therapy, and art therapy to support self-awareness, emotional processing, and authentic personal growth. Through conversation, creative expression, and reflective practices, I support individuals in reconnecting with themselves and moving toward greater balance and well-being.

She holds a brush or a similar tool in her right hand, which is extended outward. The scene has a minimalist aesthetic with light-colored wooden flooring and a casual, contemplative atmosphere.
